LIVE Sessions from USA LEAD 2016 Forum
3rd February, 2016
Knowledge Now in collaboration with the Institute of Bankers of Pakistan (IBP) has partnered with HR.COM to bring LIVE SIMULCAST of World Renowned Leaders who shall be speaking at LEAD2016 Live from Nashville, Tennessee, USA. To make it more interesting and captivating we have also integrated local speakers who are renowned for their leadership and contribution to Pakistan.
Business success is driven by the quality of decisions and their implementation. Quick and rational decisions can lead the company into long term growth and decisions based on flawed logic can put a company out of business. Who can know the importance of decisions, better than a leader? A leader brings a number of characteristics to take a successful decision – acumen, instinct, experience, alertness, willingness and good listening skills.
However, the fact is leadership is broken. It's broken in most companies, it's broken in most countries, and it's broken in many homes. Even with the plethora of excellent role models, and YouTube (the largest learning platform to ever exist) we struggle to inspire individuals to really make a difference in their lives, in their communities and at their workplaces. We all understand and admire a few truly inspired companies or individuals who have big dreams and do great things. But what can we do as individuals to inspire ourselves and the people around us? This is what LEAD is all about.
LEAD2016 is a platform to inspire the world. It is dedicated to leverage the skills of experienced leaders who can take advanced decisions to address challenging issues. The participants will leave with a broader vision of success and shall be equipped to make tough decisions required to succeed in today's global economy. This event aims at providing senior executives best up-to-date management practices so that they can naturalize with the latest trends and polish their leadership skills. Focusing on impact, this high-level multinational forum challenges business leaders both personally and professionally. Through interaction with international and diverse peers participants will have the opportunity to expand their business repertoire to include new concepts, paradigms and practices.
Touted as the "Oscars" of leadership, this event will bring leaders from across business, industry and education together to exchange with one another and witness life-changing inspirational speakers. On February 3rd, LEAD2016 speakers will be broadcast live from the United States via high definition web stream technology and we shall also be including speakers from Pakistan to present to you live and make this event more interesting and meaningful.
